All New Students
Registration fee (one time per student, non-refundable) £20.00
The student registration fee, books, and miscellaneous materials or fees, are independent and unrelated to tuition. Tuition fees listed do not include the registration fee.

Refund Policies
Students who are unable to join the School, for whatever reasons, after being accepted for entrance will forfeit their non-refundable registration fee of £15.00 and their deposits. If annual fees have been paid upfront, then the balance is refunded as per the following:
- 1st - 2nd week of term - 100%
- 3rd - 4th week of term - 50%
- 5th - 6th week of term - 25%
· After the 6th week of term, no refund will be granted.
Student Incentives
Students who enrol as a married couple will receive a £10 deduction from their monthly fees, for the entire duration of their study. A similar incentive is available for individual students who introduce a friend, allowing a one-off deduction of £10 from their monthly fee for each new student personally introduced. A Letter of Acceptance will be given to the student on payment of fees or administration fee and deposit.

Notes Regarding Fees
ESOT depends primarily upon student fees and monthly partner pledges to bear the cost of operating expenses each year. Every effort is made to furnish this training as economically as possible, and students may be assured that the Administration is maintaining a careful check to offer the maximum in education for the minimum cost.

Cash payments are accepted.
If a Student cannot or has not paid the fees stipulated on page 10 of this booklet, before or on, the day of class; they need to speak to the, ESOT Principle, Dr Alex Phiri.
The promise of entry into each module and provision of class material is only met on the condition that fees are paid.
There is no refund of fees for missed classes or for students who fail to meet the graduation requirements.
